  6. Now in small bowl add 3 tbps of tomato sauce and red chilli garlic tomato sauce and mix well. Vegan meat balls dip is ready.
  7. Now in a wok add 2 tbps oil and add sliced carrot. Saute for 2 minutes at medium flame.
  8. Now add french beans and saute for 1 minute and then add sliced onion and saute for 2 minutes.
  9. Now add sliced capsicum, salt, red chilli powder and seasoning herbs and mix well. Then add boiled spaghetti and cook for 1 minute and mix well.
  10. Spaghetti is ready to serve with sauces dipped Vegan meatballs with tomato sauce.

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti according to directions, but al dente. Add olive oil to a hot pan. Add chopped onion and cook on medium high heat until translucent. Place the oats in a bowl and cover with the boiling water.
