- Add tofu and cook it until it boils again for 3 - 5 minutes to give the tofu flavor.
- Turn the heat down to low and add potato starch with water mixture of potato starch and mix it very well. (The sauce will get thicker)
- Turn the heat up and cook for one minute. Drizzle sesame oil and green scallions.
Finally I decided to make this tofu stir fry recipe with minced pork and chives. In Chinese cooking, tofu is a common and nutritious ingredient. It is considered as one of sources of best soy protein. Add scallions and stir; add stock. Cook for a minute or so, scraping bottom of pan with a wooden spoon if necessary to loosen any stuck bits of meat, then add tofu.
