- After oil is separate add marinated mutton mix well and add 2 tbsp desi ghee
- Cook with cover of lid for 10 minutes after that add half cup water or required and close the pressure cooker with cap and cook till 4 to 5 whistles on medium flame
- After completely cool down open the cooker,mix well and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
