- Keep oil for heating and add the coated potatoes and fry untill the potatoes are fried
- In a separate pan add some chopped onion, ginger grated, garlic chopped, tomato ketchup- 5 spoons, soya sauce 1 sppon fry little and add the fried potatoes and at last add spring onions if required.
