  2. Chop  onion, tomato. - Grind coconut, fennel seed, cumin seed into fine paste.
  3. Heat cooker add oil, add cinnamon, cloves,bay leaves, cardamom one by one.Add onion and stir until it become glassy.
  4. Now add ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt  and stir slighty.
  5. Add mutton and stir for 2 minutes. Now add  tomato and cook until oil separate and tomato get mashed.
  6. Now add coconut paste and add little water and keep for 5 whistles.
  7. Now if you want thick gravy, cook it in low flame for few minutes and turn off.Finally garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
