  3. Mix meat with spices and make small meat balls,fry meat balls with oil and butter untill well-done,then add spinach with a pinch of salt,cook on low heat turning over every 5 to 10 minutes until cooked.
  4. Spinach is served hot with vermicelli rice and garlic yougurt.
  5. Vermicelli_rice préparation:Wash rice well,soak for 10 minutes with lukewarm water,then drain well.
  6. Add ghee or oil to the cooking pot,heat a little then add vermicelli and stir untill it is brown,add rice over and stir together,add salt and water
  7. Cover the pot,and cook rice for 20 minutes, until it is cooked.
