Add chicken to flour dish, one at a time, turning to coat lightly in flour. Remove chicken, reserving drippings in pan. Add broth to skillet; bring to a boil. You're going to start with thin chicken breasts.

Slowly and constantly stir the mixture to make sure that it won't be burned. Add a pinch of salt if needed. Let it cook until it shimmer. Then add the parmesan cheese while it's hot and mix well.
  6. Prepare a plate of your choice to arrange it together. Put the chicken on the plate then pour the sauce into it (elegantly). Garnish it with dried Basil leaves. Then serve.

Quicker and easier than pounding them thin with a meat mallet and yields the same results. Once cooked through, remove the chicken breasts to a plate and make the creamy mushroom and leek sauce. After the sauce has reduced and become creamy, add the chicken back to the pan and spoon the sauce over top.
