  4. cut 2kilos worth of tomatoes into 4s. and place in a food processor. you want to turn it into a soup like mixture.
  5. put the tomato soup in a big pot and bring to boil.
  6. finely dice onion and add to soup mixture. add 2 teaspoons salt. bring to boil then reduce heat
  7. place the zucchini into the soup mixture carefully and place lid ontop of the pot
  8. allow to cook for 1.5 hours or till rice is completely cooked.
